Once submitted, your proposal will be reviewed and evaluated based on factors like topic, feasibility, and community need. Selected candidates will be invited to schedule a brief initial interview via Zoom to discuss their session in more detail.
Please note that space is limited for all Sessions, and some applicants may be placed on a waitlist depending on availability.
Presentations – an educational talk or discussion for a seated audience; 45 minutes.
Workshop – a hands-on, interactive educational experience; from 1 to 2 hours.
Panels – a Q&A-style discussion with a moderator and up to 5 panelists; 45–60 minutes.
